Job summary

This is a base salary position with uncapped commissions; base pay begins at $35,568 annually with potential to earn from $40k to $500k+ in commissions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity and ethical mindset.
• Negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Successful gpac training completion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
