The position involves building client relationships, filling urgent roles, and guiding candidates through interviews and offers, with a transparent, uncapped earning model and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong outbound prospecting and client relationship skills.
• Effective negotiation abilities with candidates and clients.
• Degree preferred but not required; gpac training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
