Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to source clients and candidates with high outbound activity.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Act with integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiations.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
