You will leverage recruiting tools, conduct outreach, screen candidates, and negotiate offers, while maintaining integrity and professional conduct. A degree is preferred but not required; success comes from drive and coaching.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Experience with outbound sourcing and candidate screening is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s).
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.
