• 4+ years experience in recruitment or related area required.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment and sourcing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops working relationships with agencies and external recruiters.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws and processes.
• Promotes Ryder as an employer of choice.
• Manages multiple requisitions in a fast paced environment.
