Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Four (4)+ years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters; collaborates with HR and business partners.
• Manages staffing issues of moderate scope with data-driven analysis.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws and policies.
• Promotes Ryder as an employer of choice.
