Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technology environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple units.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define profiles, strategies, and interview plans.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing guidance as needed.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and candidate communications.
