Job summary

Learning Care seeks a recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions. You will source and build strong candidate pipelines, partner with schools on hiring best practices, and deliver a humane, candidate-centric experience for both applicants and hiring leaders.

The role focuses on high-priority openings with accountability for hiring outcomes and turnover, offering a base salary and robust benefits package. Remote-friendly in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR, or WA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role
  • Experience managing high-priority volume openings and urgent requests

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle talent acquisition process for designated regions

Primary focus on full cycle critical staffing with accountability for hiring outcomes as well as turn over.

This position can be based in IL, CA, WI, MN, OR or WA.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience working within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruiter role required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $65-75k.
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
