Strategic Retail Partners is expanding nationwide and seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for base-plus-commission sales roles. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and Sales Leadership to define hiring needs, build pipelines and hire talent that drives results.

The role requires 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, with emphasis on sales roles across multiple states. A remote-first setup offers flexible scheduling and collaboration across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for sales roles, ideally field-based, multi-state or commission-based positions.
• Proven success managing multiple searches and high requisition loads while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment law and inclusive recruiting practices; strong interview techniques.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruiting for base-plus-commission sales positions from intake to offer/acceptance.
• Partner with leaders to define role profiles, territories and hiring priorities; keep pipeline status updated.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions to attract top-performing sales talent.
• Build proactive pipelines through outreach to active and passive candidates across multiple sources.
• Screen and assess candidates for sales competencies such as territory management and quota attainment.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones and hiring teams; deliver an excellent candidate experience.
