WorkOS is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help twofold our team this year, sourcing and engaging candidates across technical and nontechnical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, drive innovative sourcing, and move quickly in a lean, high-growth environment.

The role supports remote work and emphasizes ownership, EQ, and creative sourcing to attract top talent globally while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter hiring across technical and nontechnical roles.
• Experience scaling an early-stage team or high-growth startup.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building.
• High emotional intelligence and trusted partner to hiring managers.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full interview process with a superior candidate experience.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse passive candidates.
• Advise hiring managers and support the hiring process end-to-end.
• Refine interview loops, questions, and competencies for company goals.
• Improve candidate closing processes and referral programs.
• Gather candidate feedback and drive data-driven recruitment improvements.
• Track key recruitment metrics and report on progress.
• Champion DEI initiatives in all recruitment activities.
