Expo is building the mobile AI infrastructure teams use to create, ship, and operate great apps. We are a remote team of builders, and we hire across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A to raise the company’s level.

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter to partner with leaders, design hiring processes, and build onboarding and lightweight people systems for a small, high-output company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruiter with proven sourcing and closing ability.
• Able to partner with leaders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
• Experience building proactive sourcing engines and interview scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit exceptional people across Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A.
• Source, assess, and close candidates for our most important roles.
• Build a proactive sourcing engine that reaches people not actively looking.
• Partner with leaders to define what exceptional performance looks like.
• Turn hiring philosophy into scorecards, interview formats, competencies, and disqualifiers.
• Improve interviews to reveal authentic ability, judgment, ownership, curiosity, and style.
• Build long-term relationships with exceptional people before we have an open role.
• Help improve onboarding and lightweight people systems as Expo grows.
