Job summary

Kairos is seeking a full-time recruiter for a remote role to lead our hiring rounds end-to-end, source strong candidates, and build scalable processes as we grow. You’ll support Kairos Labs and may travel to US hubs.

You’ll work with program teams to shape roles and drive multiple rounds, tests, interviews, and offers with a strong candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with co-directors and staff, maintain hiring momentum, and help ensure our programs recruit top talent across initiatives in

Qualifications

• Experience running hiring processes end-to-end.
• Strong judgment about people under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates.
• Able to manage 5–10 hiring rounds concurrently.
• Context on AI safety helps identify promising people.

Responsibilities

• Run Kairos’s hiring rounds end to end, managing all stages from application review to offers.
• Source candidates through programs, networks, and the broader ecosystem.
• Design and refine hiring infrastructure and candidate tracking, including AI-enabled processes.
