Kairos is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple programs, including the Kairos Labs incubator. You will manage every stage of the pipeline, source candidates through our network, and design strong hiring processes to keep pace with rapid growth.

You will help scope new roles, weigh in on org design questions, and collaborate with AI safety researchers, policy professionals, and funders to build a mission-driven, world-class team in a remote-friendly setting with

• Experience running hiring processes (as recruiter or in roles with heavy hiring)
• Strong judgment about people and ability to decide who advances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple rounds simultaneously
• Context on AI safety to recognize promising candidates and understand role needs

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end Kairos hiring rounds and manage all pipeline stages
• Source candidates through programs, network, and ecosystem
• Design and refine applications, work tests, interview questions, and tracking
• Contribute to team growth by scoping roles and advising org design
• Support Kairos Labs hiring for the incubator launching in 2027
