Kairos Project in San Francisco seeks a generalist to run talent operations, identifying promising program participants, supporting their career steps, and linking them to high-impact AI safety opportunities.

You’ll work with Head of Talent Operations and use Talent Commons to maintain records, track referrals, and help expand Kairos’s programs like SPAR, Generator, and Pathfinder.

This is a remote-friendly role with hub options in SF, London, DC, Boston; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Context on AI safety to guide talent placement.
• Ability to assess candidates and make recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with program teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising people and signals from programs.
• Support participants with career steps and next actions.
• Make referrals to open roles and fellowships across the ecosystem.
• Track referral outcomes and feed learnings back into matching.
• Contribute to broader Kairos work (SPAR, Pathfinder, Generator).
