Job summary

Ajaia is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for roles across four continents. You will run intake, write postings, source, screen, assess, schedule, and close candidates, ensuring timely communication throughout.

This is a remote seat with teams in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Kenya, and Sri Lanka, requiring meaningful overlap with US Eastern hours. Strong AI usage and a people-first approach are expected.

Qualifications

• Has run full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Writes postings and outreach that read like a person.
• Comfortable negotiating salary and holding a range.
• Highly organized under high volume with clean ATS hygiene.
• Calm and clear with hiring managers, even when challenging a brief.
• AI fluent: uses AI daily to source, screen, and draft.

Responsibilities

• Run intake with hiring managers to extract real requirements.
• Write and post the role based on rough notes.
• Own full-cycle hiring for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, assessment, scheduling, offers.
• Manage assessment pipeline and move strong candidates forward.
• Source candidates, not just those who apply.
• Handle salary conversations and communicate bands early.
• Draft outreach, screening notes, and polite rejections.
• Keep ATS accurate: correct stages and avoid duplicates.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for repeatable steps.
• Weekly pipeline health reporting.
