Job summary

Kairos is building a remote talent-operations function to help people entering AI safety roles through its programs. The role focuses on identifying top talent, supporting their next steps, and referring them to opportunities across the AI safety ecosystem.

You’ll work with the Head of Talent Operations and Kairos programs like SPAR and Pathfinder, applying judgment and empathy to move candidates toward high-impact roles while expanding the ecosystem’s reach.

• Ability to make quick decisions under uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising people and gather signals from program participants.
• Support them with career advice, introductions, and hub visits.
• Make referrals for open roles, fellowships, and Kairos programs.
• Track outcomes of referrals and feed learnings back into matching.
• Pitch in on broader Kairos work like SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator.
