Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the complete hiring cycle for our clients, from understanding requirements to closing offers. You will work remotely with client companies and candidates to deliver quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and handling salary negotiations to minimize drop-offs. The role emphasizes building strong relationships and meeting monthly targets in a flexible

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in HR consultancy or staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and portal usage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Shortlist and submit suitable profiles to clients.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups to reduce drop-offs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update trackers and ATS regularly.
• Meet monthly closure and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
