Job summary

Enterprise Peak is seeking a remote recruiter to connect great candidates with internal teams. You will source, screen, and interview for various roles, manage postings, and support HR duties.

Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in recruiting or staffing, excellent communication, and prior agency experience. This is a 100% remote position for candidates eligible to work in the US, with benefits and performance-based compensation.

This role would be ideal for someone with 3-8 years of recruiting or staffing experience. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams. EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.

Compensation Package:

• Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), monthly phone stipend
• OTE: $60,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles.
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
• Support general HR activities, including: offer letters, background checks, benefit administration, and other general HR activities.
