Job summary

Hire Right Recruiting, a Utah-based recruiting firm, seeks a full-time Recruiter for a remote role with flexible hours and Mountain Time alignment. Utah candidates preferred; candidates from other states considered with travel as needed. You will source, screen, and place skilled trades professionals across the US.

The team is based in Lehi, UT, and you will work from a home office with a proven playbook. Expect commission-based earnings and growth opportunities in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sourcing, or phone-heavy sales preferred.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build quick rapport with tradespeople.
• Organized and consistent, comfortable following a defined playbook and documenting work in an ATS.
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment.
• Interest in or familiarity with the skilled trades industry is a plus.
• Must have reliable home internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services roles through job boards, resume databases, and direct outreach.
• Run structured phone screens and evaluate candidates against role scorecards.
• Manage candidate pipelines in our ATS from first contact through offer.
• Write and manage job postings for active searches.
• Present screened candidates to clients with clear written summaries.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Hit weekly activity targets for outreach, screens, and submittals.
