• Partner with finance, marketing, and product to align on shared business outcomes
• Translate NexGen Systems goals into quarterly roadmaps the business team can actually ship
• Support Recruiter leadership with data-driven recommendations
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across NexGen Systems business units
