This role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, assisting in filling urgent positions, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
2. Partnering with clients to fill urgent positions
3. Connecting clients with qualified candidates
4. Using recruiting tools effectively
5. Cold calling, qualifying, screening candidates, and preparing clients for interviews
6. Conducting reference checks

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Integrity, confidentiality, and ethical mindset
