The TA Recruiter provides timely and efficient recruitment services in accordance with organizational goals, department policies, and in compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals. Maintains a philosophy of continuous improvement and full utilization of Children’s Wisconsin resources.

Location & Hours

• Remote: Position will be remote with the flexibility to attend occasional onsite meetings and community events.
• Hours: Casual position, minimum 20 hours required with potential to increase based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations, preferably within a large, complex organization. Healthcare experience is preferred.

• Thorough understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking and HR systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
