This is a commission-based position with earning potential between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
2. Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
3. Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements.
4. Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
5. Cold call, qualify, screen, and prepare candidates and clients for interviews; assist in job offer negotiations.
6. Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
3. Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
4. Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
5. Effective negotiation skills.
