Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Recovery Services Sales Specialist to serve as the primary contact for prospective clients and convert qualified leads into signed, complete, and Operations-approved client files.

This is a remote, U.S.-based sales role focused on contacting company-provided leads, explaining our recovery services, building trust with potential clients, answering questions, overcoming objections, and converting qualified prospects into signed clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass required background and reference checks.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, client relations, call center operations, or lead generation is required.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management platforms is preferred.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead conversion, intake services, financial services, insurance, legal intake, recovery services, or remote performance-based work is also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned prospective clients using approved communication methods and explain recovery services, fee structure, claims processes, and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Address client questions and objections using approved sales practices, obtain signed agreements and authorizations, collect onboarding documentation, and coordinate review of client records.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, follow-up notes, and client communication documentation; conduct timely follow-up to maximize lead conversion.
• Coordinate with Operations, Research, Document, and Claims Processing teams to support complete file handoff and ensure service quality.
