Job summary

TurboDebt is expanding its remote sales team and seeking driven, coachable professionals who can guide clients through their finances and close deals on the first call.

You will handle live inbound calls, follow a consultative script, and work with warm leads from across the US, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. Comprehensive compensation includes base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Call center or collections experience is a plus.
• Strong phone presence with persuasive, professional communication.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with a desire to win.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage live inbound calls and scheduled appointments using a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Use an optimized sales script and structured call framework to guide conversations.
• Build trust quickly and guide clients through our enrollment process.
• Overcome objections with confidence, empathy, and integrity.
• Follow our structured process designed to close on the first call.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership for ongoing coaching and development.
