Wing is seeking a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join remotely. The role focuses on managing property listings, handling inquiries, building a prospect pipeline, and maintaining CRM data. The candidate should have 1+ year in a similar role, strong English skills, and comfort with graveyard shifts.

You will work in a remote setup with US hours and opportunities for growth, training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certified course in business-related programs.
• At least 1 year of proven experience as Real Estate Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
• Proficient in CRM and MLS.
• Proficient in property management software (Appfolio, Buildium, etc.).
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work night/graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage listings and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and transaction documentation.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of prospects from various lead sources.
• Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, buyers, and sellers via CRM.
• Manage listings, monitor staging/repairs, and coordinate open houses and promotions.
• Gather market/locational insights to assist client decisions.
• Set appointments between buyers, sellers, brokers, and agents.
• Perform general admin tasks and ad hoc duties.
