Jobgether SRL is hiring a Real Estate Transaction Processor to handle a high-volume workflow from submission to closing. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with agents, brokers, and clients.

This position is fully remote within Quebec and requires bilingual English/French proficiency. You will review contracts, manage documents, coordinate with notaries and brokers, and support training and process improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and French with strong written and verbal communication.
• At least 1 year of real estate transaction processing experience (preferably Canada).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review contracts, validate documentation, manage financial information, follow established workflows, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; Trello and Slack experience a plus.
• Experience with remote work and a dedicated home office.
• Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process residential and commercial real estate transactions from submission to closing.
• Review contracts in SkySlope, enter data into BackOffice, verify MLS data.
• Coordinate closing activities with notaries, solicitors, and brokers.
• Ensure client funds are deposited and commissions released timely.
• Provide frontline support and respond to agent inquiries.
• Promote use of core digital platforms and assist with training.
