Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate transactions with some industrial exposure.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key advisor managing the company’s interests in real estate transactions for the Americas region.
• Develop and present business cases to executive leadership based on due diligence and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with brokerage community to develop RFPs aligned with business goals.
• Manage third-party broker, contractor, developer and landlord relationships.
• Engage legal and EHS to review lease docs; minimize financial and legal risk.
• Log and track productivity & commission rebates; create dashboards for team reporting.
• Chairs commission meetings; oversee data collection and historical trends.
