Job summary

First American is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our residential Title/Real estate client base in Georgia. This remote-with-travel role focuses on acquiring new business and strengthening relationships with agents, lenders, and attorneys to meet sales targets.

You will collaborate with marketing and operations to tailor local campaigns, present compelling solutions, and maintain proactive communication with clients across central and southern Georgia.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships and secures new orders.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers from various sources and develops a call plan.
• Assesses client needs and presents solutions.
• Attends real estate industry events to raise market visibility.
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop local marketing content.
• Delivers presentations to customer groups and stakeholders.
• Communicates proactively and responds promptly to clients.
