SERHANT. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to source and select top-performing real estate agents. As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will build a pipeline, attract talent, and onboard agents who thrive in a competitive market.

This remote-eligible position is based in Pennsylvania and may include occasional work at a SERHANT. office. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with sales managers to align recruiting with team goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in real estate recruitment or talent sourcing is preferred.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment software; confidentiality is key.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract experienced and aspiring real estate agents through targeted channels.
• Screen resumes, portfolios, and applications for qualifications and fit.
• Conduct interviews (video/in-person) to assess market knowledge, sales ability, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and potential hires.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand team needs and recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property developments, and industry changes.
• Attend networking events, career fairs, and community gatherings to promote SERHANT. as an employer of choice.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition, culture, and growth opportunities to candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new agents; ensure resources and support.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
