Job summary

AKA Search Group is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive for a 100% remote role with local presence. You will handle inbound leads, convert them into sales, and work with an inbound lead management team to ensure warm handoffs and exceptional customer experiences.

Whether new to real estate or currently in the field, you will receive hands-on sales and real estate training. This is a base salary plus commissions position designed for top talent with strong rapport and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales or customer service.
• No real estate experience required—seek the right personality and drive.
• Willing to learn about real estate and grow the marketplace position.
• Passion and expertise for daily outbound communications via phone, email, etc.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-person appointments with prospective sellers and customers to determine motivation and best solution.
• Make offers, negotiate, and contract both on-market and off-market opportunities from leads provided.
• Maintain excellent relationships with sellers and team via phone, email, etc.
• Secure properties, place lockboxes, and photograph interiors and exteriors.
• Provide follow-up calls and communications to prospects not contracted initially.
• Perform other duties within the scope of the position responsibilities.
