Responsabilidades

• Perform title search updates to determine ownership and encumbrances on real estate.
• Document preparation for acquisition of real estate rights for client projects.
• Negotiate for acquisition of land rights.
• Negotiate settlement of property owner damage claims from construction.
• Prepare and deliver hard copies of correspondence, transfer documents, and notes.
