Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate initiatives from initiation through closeout, focusing on building management deployment and coordinating between clients and internal teams.

You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, drive risk mitigation, ensure data integrity, and mentor teammates while aligning with CBRE's RISE values. A background in construction management, HVAC, and building systems is preferred; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope of work, resources, schedule, milestones, quality control, risk).
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance and direction to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement actions to reduce risks.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
