Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead real estate projects from initiation through completion, focusing on Building Management deployment. You will work with clients to define scope, milestones, and delivery resources, while ensuring data integrity and governance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and certifications such as LEED AP or PMP/CCM are preferred. Strong MS Office skills and HVAC/building systems knowledge are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Construction management, building management systems, and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work, resource requirements, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance to achieve goals.
