Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management professional in Michigan to lead real estate initiatives from initiation to closeout. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones and needed resources while guiding internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience with a preference for LEED AP, PMP, and CCM credentials; strong MS Office skills and HVAC/building systems knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; LEED AP / PMP / CCM preferred.
• Strong analytical judgment across multiple information sources.
• Experience in construction/building management systems and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, milestones, resource needs, work plans, and risk IDs.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and enforce governance.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team, provide guidance, and track progress and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and implement actions to reduce project risks.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and share knowledge across disciplines.
