Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation to closeout, focusing on building management deployment. You will coordinate scope, schedules, resources, and quality control while guiding internal teams and client-facing activities.

The role requires 5-8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Strong judgment from analyzing multiple information sources
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource needs, work plan schedules, milestones, quality control and risk
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and ensure data integrity and governance
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance and direction to meet objectives
• Create action plans to meet budget and schedule and track progress
