Job summary

Raisegen is a real estate capital-raising platform connecting developers with capital providers across the full capital stack. The role focuses on introducing Raisegen to real estate developers and sponsors, selling access to the platform with a flat-fee product and a short sales cycle.

You will work from territory lists, close subscriptions, and manage your pipeline using our CRM. This is a remote, independent-contractor position with commission-based pay, flexible part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Experience in business development for real estate or CRE-related services.
• Existing network in commercial real estate or ability to build one quickly.
• Comfortable working independently on commission.
• Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to real estate developers and sponsors by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Present the platform, run product walkthroughs, and close subscriptions.
• Track your pipeline and activity in our CRM.
• Time outreach using deal triggers and market signals.
• Represent Raisegen professionally and follow communication guidelines.
