Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-level closing experience in sales (B2C preferred).
• Proven track record of consistent closing performance.
• Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with motivated homeowners and present solutions.
• Set and attend 3 to 5 appointments per week.
• Generate $80K+/month in gross revenue.
