This role covers buyer/seller/investor consultations, property showings, listings, and transaction coordination across MD, VA, DC, and PA.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in MD/VA/DC/PA.
• Multi-state licensure a plus.
• Proven sales and negotiation track record.
• Comfort in fully virtual/cloud-based environment.
• Reliable transportation for local tours.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers, sellers, and investors through transactions from consultation to closing.
• Prospect and manage leads, maintain client pipelines via CRM.
• Schedule property tours and coordinate staging/CMAs and listings.
• Coordinate contracts, addenda, and lender/title coordination.
• Stay informed on inventory trends, rates, and zoning within target area.
