Dominion Financial Services, a nationwide private lender, seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer for a fully remote role serving real estate investors. You will originate loans, manage a high-volume call flow, and leverage qualified leads with training on our lending products and processes.

You’ll work with a technology-driven team, using CRM and AI-assisted workflows to optimize outreach, evaluation, and closing. Structure, training, and a performance-based compensation plan support growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales or similar competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication over the phone.
• Willingness to follow a proven process and take feedback.
• Strong professionalism and credibility with customers over calls.
• Demonstrated self-discipline to manage time and activity remotely.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

• Follow up with leads and past customers via phone, email, and text.
• Learn to evaluate real estate deals and identify suitable loan products.

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Work toward defined activity, conversion, and production goals.
