True Financial Lending is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Dallas inside-sales team. This full-time role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans using live-transfer leads, with a strong uncapped commission structure and remote-friendly setup.

You'll evaluate borrower profiles, recommend suitable products, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closings, while delivering exceptional service and building referral networks.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport.
