Job summary

True Financial is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Denver headquarters. This inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans with live leads provided by appointment setters.

You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide applicants through the process, and collaborate with processing to ensure timely closings. Remote flexibility is available for a high-energy, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
