L’Attitude Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for a fully remote, full-time role. Leverage qualified leads, training, and backend support to originate loans across licensed states.

You will work with processing and underwriting teams to close loans efficiently, while staying current on mortgage guidelines and market trends. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS and state MLO license(s) required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage origination or loan officer experience.
• Strong organization, self-motivation, and remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified mortgage clients by assisting with loan applications and updates.
• Educate borrowers on loan options, rates, and terms.
• Originate loans in licensed states with diverse product options.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation.
• Partner with processing and underwriting teams to close loans quickly.
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout the loan process.
• Stay current with mortgage guidelines and market trends.
