Dominion Financial Services seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our nationwide private lending team. Fully remote role serving real estate investors with a broad product lineup including bridge, DSCR rental, and construction lending.

You will manage inbound and warm leads, assess deals, and structure optimal financing solutions. We value strong communication, a proven production track, and the ability to thrive in a tech-driven, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in private lending or investor-focused lending environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of loan production, conversions, or borrower retention.
• Strong consultative sales skills and ability to communicate with experienced real estate investors.
• Professional communication and relationship-building with borrowers, brokers and partners.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and day-to-day workflow in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified inbound and warm investor opportunities into funded loans.
• Structure financing for real estate investors, entities, and repeat sponsors.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with repeat borrowers.
• Build referral relationships with brokers, agents, contractors, and investor networks.
• Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
