Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Franchise Sales Director for Century 21 Real Estate. This 100% remote role requires travel within a defined U.S. territory; the candidate must reside there.

The position focuses on franchise sales, brand growth, and pipeline development, leveraging CRM tools and cross-team collaboration to meet annual targets. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of sales experience in business development or management consulting, with real estate or franchise sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in sales/inside sales with emphasis on business development or management consulting.
• Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus.
• Experience reading financial statements and problem solving.
• Strong presentation skills in person and virtual.
• Approximately 50% travel and hybrid work environment.

Responsabilités

• Owns the full deal flow and sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
• Builds and manages a sales pipeline to achieve annual goals.
• Articulates brand value proposition and growth strategy to prospects.
• Collaborates with brand, shared services, and growth teams to improve funnel effectiveness.
