Job summary

NetLaw Management Services Organization, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate & Corporate Transaction Paralegal to support multi-state deed preparation, LLC formation, and asset titling aligning with estate planning goals. This role demands experience with multistate transactions and strong organizational discipline.

You will coordinate with stakeholders nationwide, ensure compliance, and manage remote notarization, recording, and title review workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate law, title, or transactional support.
• Paralegal certificate preferred; Associate/Bachelor's degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize deeds across multiple states.
• Analyze title commitments, legal descriptions, surveys, and prior conveyance documents.
• Research state recording requirements, transfer taxes, exemptions, and notarization standards.
• Manage deed execution logistics including remote notarization and recording submissions.
• Address title objections, vesting discrepancies, and legal description issues.
• Track recording confirmations and maintain transaction files.
• Monitor deadlines and regulatory/contractual requirements.
