Job description

1. Review of title commitments and surveys, summarize underlying exceptions, identify title and survey issues, and work with attorneys, title companies and surveyors to resolve, including preparation of a title memos and recommended endorsements and affirmative insurance

2. Review and summarize leases and diligence reports

3. Order and review UCC and tax lien search reports judgment/lien/bankruptcy searches, good standing certificates

4. Prepare basic corporate formation documents for real estate entities, including resolutions and consents for real estate transactions

5. Prepare, maintain and track closing checklists and timelines

7. Review estoppel certificates and SNDAs

8. Coordinate and organize documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions

9. Follow up on and organization of post-closing items including recorded documents and post-closing requirements.
