This role is responsible for preparing complex real property conveyance documents and coordinating entity formations to support trust and ownership structures across multiple jurisdictions.
This role focuses on multistate deed preparation, LLC formation and maintenance, and ensuring proper titling of assets consistent with estate planning objectives. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing multistate transactions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders nationwide.
