You will manage deadlines, communicate with internal and external parties, and handle all aspects of transaction preparation and closing. Ideal candidates will have experience with multi-property transactions, strong knowledge of real estate law and commercial lending, and familiarity with e-signature platforms and hybrid closing workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including closing checklists, resolutions, organizational documents, UCC filings, and closing binders.
• Conduct due diligence by reviewing leases, loan documents, title and survey materials, zoning reports, and corporate records.
• Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, lenders, clients, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process.
• Manage closing logistics, track deliverables, coordinate signatures, and organize electronic closing rooms.
• Maintain case files, document management systems, and transaction databases.
• Assist with post-closing tasks, including filings with government agencies and preparation of final binders.
