Job summary

eXp New Zealand is seeking a Compliance Officer & Licensed Agent to ensure regulatory compliance across its network of licensed salespeople. This role combines AML/CFT oversight with the supervision framework, policy ownership, and training across the organisation.

The successful candidate will monitor regulatory changes, lead privacy and health and safety compliance, and manage complaints and governance reporting for the Licensee and Board.

Qualifications

• High level of digital confidence in a remote working environment.
• Ability to translate legislation and regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Strong leadership experience with compliance oversight.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and implementing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as AML/CFT Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for eXp New Zealand.
• Oversee supervision of licensed salespeople and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures, templates, and checklists.
• Monitor legislative changes and translate into actionable guidance.
• Design and deliver compliance training for the agent network.
• Manage internal complaints and investigate breaches.
• Oversee privacy practices and data protection.
